You won’t be able to tell the difference between a direct signal coming from for example a recordplayer and one that has a ADDA convertor in between the signal chain. That’s been tested over and over again since the 80s and even back then no one was able to tell the difference. See for example http://www.bostonaudiosociety.org/bas_speaker/abx_testing2.htm
If I drop the whole track a few cents out of tune you even won’t be able to tell the difference. And that means the whole track is 100% different.
